Meet the founder

Zsofia Maus

Growing up between two countries in a rich intellectual and cultural environment, Zsofia’s world was shaped by theatre, classical music, dance, ancient and contemporary art, international cuisine and a love of exploring nature. This extraordinary tapestry of experiences nurtured her cultural sensitivity, empathy, open-mindedness and resourcefulness, laying the foundations for her deeply human approach to creativity, connection and wellbeing.

Zsofia Maus is an activities and wellbeing manager with more than 15 years’ experience in senior living, sheltered housing and community services. Her practice combines holistic, person-centred programme design with practical knowledge of dementia support, meaningful activity, safeguarding awareness, resident choice, health and safety and programme evaluation.

Her healthcare and wellbeing development includes the NAPA Level 2 Award in Supporting Activity Provision and the Alzheimer’s Society’s Dementia Care Learning and Development programme (Dementia Awareness training). She has also undertaken Arts 4 Dementia training, chair-based exercise training with Age UK, seated physical activity training with ReVitalise, and professional learning in the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS, CQC fundamental standards and risk assessment. As a Body Ball exercise trainer, trained through Fitness Company Budapest, she brings gentle, softball-based recreational movement into her wellbeing practice.

Her cultural community engagement work is complemented by attendance at the NHS South London and Maudsley and Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trusts’ “The Future of Creativity in Psychological Therapies” workshop and research study. Zsofia has also completed British Association of Art Therapists short courses and The Reader Organisation’s “A Little, Aloud” workshop in shared reading.

Alongside this wellbeing background, she holds a First-Class Honours BA in Visual Communication Arts from the Hungarian University of Craft & Design (MOME), with studies in art history, aesthetics, photography, painting, philosophy and ethics. Her experience includes Elysian Residences, the London Borough of Hounslow’s 21 sheltered housing schemes, Michael Sobell JCC, Joy4health, Sunrise Senior Living and Coppermill Care Centre.

To feel, to create, to connect — the beautiful rituals of being alive.
For exceptional residential living

Why bespoke wellbeing matters

Beautiful experiences are more than an activity calendar. Thoughtfully designed, person-centred programmes reflect the individuality of each resident while enriching community life and the identity of a luxury residence.

Person-centred by design

Programmes begin with residents’ life stories, preferences, cultures, interests and aspirations. Choice, accessibility and meaningful participation shape every experience.

Whole-person wellbeing

Sensory discovery, gentle movement, culture, social connection and creative curiosity can support emotional, social, cognitive and physical dimensions of everyday wellbeing.

Connection & belonging

Shared experiences encourage friendship, conversation, family participation and a sense of purpose — without assuming that every resident enjoys the same activities.

A distinctive resident experience

A carefully curated programme helps a luxury community express its own character and offer residents and families something personal, memorable and genuinely valuable.

Reputation & thoughtful PR

With appropriate consent, well-run cultural events, open days and community collaborations create authentic stories for newsletters, family engagement and local visibility — not manufactured publicity.

Quality & CQC alignment

Meaningful, inclusive activities can provide evidence relevant to CQC themes including person-centred care, choice, independence and wellbeing. Good documentation, resident feedback and continuous improvement matter; no workshop can guarantee an Outstanding rating.

Added value · included in every package

Complimentary participant feedback & evaluation

Each package includes a professionally designed participant feedback survey, supplied in both digital and print-ready formats at no additional cost. This enables care providers to gather valuable insights into engagement, satisfaction and the overall experience, supporting ongoing programme development and quality improvement.

Photography & digital media documentation

Optional photography and digital media documentation are also included in the agreed package fee, subject to participants’ informed consent and the care provider’s safeguarding, privacy and data protection policies. Where appropriate permissions have been obtained, these materials can capture meaningful moments and support internal communications, family engagement and promotional activities.
